I won a legitimate bet on the website and went to withdraw my winnings. Instead of processing the withdrawal, I was immediately asked to provide additional verification relating to my deposit. The timing of this request is very frustrating. It feels like the additional verification has been requested only after I won, and potentially provides a reason to delay the withdrawal until the next processing window. I have no issue with reasonable verification requirements, but these checks should be handled efficiently and transparently, particularly when it comes to withdrawing legitimate winnings. Customers shouldn't feel like additional requirements are being introduced at the point of withdrawal to delay payment.
Downloaded the Rob Waterhouse app purely for sports betting, not racing. After just a few wins on sports betting, I was suddenly restricted from betting on ANY sports at all. Reached out to their so-called support team and was given no explanation whatsoever—just told my account is restricted and I could now only bet on racing. So basically, they’re forcing users into racing bets (which I personally hate, because the win rates are a lot lower IMO). I wasn’t even allowed to withdraw my own money because they claimed I hadn’t met their “turnover requirements”, which I do understand. So basically, they trapped my funds and pushed me to bet on racing only. Thankfully, I managed to place a few low-odds bets and turned over all the funds and initiated a withdrawal the moment I could. And just when I thought I was done, they hit me with more nonsense. I received an email asking for passport or driver’s licence ID, plus bank statements—just to prove I was the one who deposited the funds in the first place. Funny how they don’t ask for that when you deposit, but the moment you’re withdrawing? Suddenly, it’s a full identity investigation. This app is full of deliberate roadblocks and shady practices. I’ve used 5–6 different betting apps over the years and not one has made it this difficult to bet or withdraw your own money. Rob Waterhouse is easily the worst bookmaker experience I’ve ever had. Do not waste your time or money—unless you enjoy being restricted, ignored, and put through a ridiculous withdrawal process when you win.
I’ve just been using Rob Waterhouse and the platform is very easy to navigate. The betting markets are extensive, covering a wide range of sports and racing events. I especially appreciate the competitive odds and the quick payouts. Customer support has also been prompt and helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance. Overall, it’s a great platform for both casual and experienced punters. Highly recommend giving it a try!
