Just a little review of OKEBET. Since opening the account over two years ago I’ve had amazing customer service from the team. I’ve won, I’ve lost but always stick to my limits. They frequently message to ask how your doing and make sure your aware of all the gambling awareness tools. There promotions are good and there app is nice and easy to use. The worst betting site I have ever bet with - I thought Rob Waterhouse was bad… but this takes it to a whole new level. I got told they dont process withdrawals on a Friday and only on Monday-Thursday before 11am each day (gimmick to keep money in accounts). Then 1 day into betting I got booted from the site and when i asked for my money back i got no response. Tracey and Erin are absolute dingbats… dont know how they could be called “customer service” 😅 If you have received the same treatment, please lodge a complaint with Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission - as i have a case pending there. Don’t let these bookies blatantly STEAL your money. Stealing is punishable anywhere else in the world, why not for bookies????
