Ritchies Card

I went to Ritchies, Railway Avenue, Ringwood and asked for assistance from a Cashier called Audrey. She went above and beyond Customer Service assistance in helping me with my Card and items I purchased. The Store Manager, a delightful person assisted me with all queries at the times and I would like to highly commend Audrey and the Manager for their Customer Service. Thank you Audrey and the Store Manager you were both amazing .

The Ritchies Card appears on my Apple Watch but it cannot be used. It is lacking a barcode. Can you fix it? There are times I do not have my iPhone with me and using my Apple Watch would be great. Credit and debit card payment methods on Apple Watch work without the iPhone.

I messaged Ritchies about a little bug with the new app when trying to add my Ritchies card to my Apple Wallet. One week later and the bug has been squashed. Outstanding!
