Rita's Ice

I wanted to get pickup so I downloaded the app. I try to select concrete, it goes to the next step, choose size just says concrete, so I try to click on it doesn’t let me. Choose custard it has options and lets me. Choose toppings 1 and 2, there are none to select from? When online in store there are like 15 options..? This goes for everything any option u choose you cannot do anything but choose size and ice cream or custard flavor, orange, vanilla, chocolate, swirl that is all the choices. Cannot select toppings or additional choices? I do not want delivery. This is insane how difficult Rita’s is making it for me to choose an option and pick up. I don’t want to spend money there anymore. This was frustrating and a waste of my time and energy. Shame

I still can’t figure out why the trash cans are next to where you order the ice cream instead of down on the patio where you can throw your trash away after you finish eating when I sit and watch people eat everybody’s looking for the trash cans this has been going on since this place open. It just doesn’t make any sense to put the trash cans, dirty trash cans near the ice cream that you’re preparing and The people standing in line people have to go around the people in the line to put the trash in the trashcan. I hope you take this comment seriously because it makes a lot of sense my suggestion also with the business you do you should have one more picnic table for people to sit at thank you for having your place in College Park and thank you for being open all year round

I go to Rita’s every single week. Usually on Saturday. Have to say it’s awesome to go and get that delicious Blue Raspberry ice (when they have it lol 💛💛💛). This app makes it so easy to get free treats. And I must say, the employees are fantastic. I must highlight Silas the employee. He is my favorite employee there at the cherry dale location. When I go in on Saturdays he’s usually there. If you see him give him a high five. He loves that. I also have to highlight how clean the store always is. The employees are kind and helpful and make me feel so loved 🥰🥰🥰.
