When I first downloaded the app, it was fine. I could find bus routes on the map. Click on when they were coming see when they were and estimate from there I could buy my bus pass get on the bus and everything would be fine. It was nice being able to look on the map where I was at my stop, but now I can’t even do that. It takes me to third-party Google maps and I can no longer look at the bus times the bus route or look at maps anymore from within the app, which is very annoying and has made the app even less functional so the only point now is for it to buy a bus pass, not even to function as a bus route map finder thing. Please go back to the old way this new way is annoying.

This app is terrible. There are much better apps that community bus systems can purchase and which actually work… Routeshout is even better than this. Why do government bureaucracies have to waste so much trying to do their own thing when it comes to software and apps. Like there must be several thousand transit systems in the US and creating their own substandard, piece of junk app just is a waste of taxpayer dollars. On top of that government programmers, like most all government workers cannot get a job in the private sector because they lack the intelligence and education to work anywhere but for others like themselves. I wonder is we can sue to get these lowlifes fired. Seriously, Broward County, one of how many in Florida, and then with over 50 States and territories that is more than 2,000 governmental entities that all have wasted tons of money on duplicate efforts using incompetent talent.

Idk what you guys did but now whenever I click on bus route to see how close or real time arrival it doesn’t load it just sits on the screen I’ve uninstalled and installed three times defeats the whole purpose of the app if I can’t see when the bus is coming it was working fine and but now it doesn’t load anything it’s just blank screen nothing loads my wifi and mobile date are on i don’t know hopefully you guys fix it
