I’m amazed and amused how bad apps can be in this country - you visit a city, download the app, want to pay and it turns out that you can’t pay using Apple or Google pay. You have to submit all your debit / credit card data and it has to be an American card. Waste of time and energy. And the worst thing is that there is existing alternative- the city transit can simply join Token Transit system. I’ve traveled all over the US and many transit systems use it.
