Refundid: Returns Tracking

I never received a confirmation email that my exchange was stuck and was not being processed. I contacted refundid and they replied with “we’ll get back to you.” Never heard back. It’s been 2 weeks. I had to reach out to the actual store who let me know this happens VERY often. Again, refundid is HORRIBLE and such an unessesary thing/app/ option … whatever refundid aims to do. They’re are not needed.

I immediately started getting text ads from retailers. That is not what I signed up for when I downloaded “Refundid”.

I downloaded this app to track my refund…and as I created an account to do so, I got stuck at the mandatory phone number verification. I couldn’t submit because it only allowed for Australian numbers, and I am US. There was a drop down box to select country, but it literally only had Australia, and no way past this point. Very frustrating. They should say it’s only for one country, and frustrating the vendor apparently only uses this for tracking refunds.
