Reach - Friendship Goals

This app has helped me so much! I was hoping to be accepted for who I am, and not who people say I am, and Reach was what helped me be accepted. There are only two things I'd like changed: 1.) Add group chats. It's a bit annoying how I can only talk one-on-one with people. I want to be able to create a network of friends, and for those friends to see other people who I'm friends with if all of them accept, and 2.) A small change of the rules. They're all fine, except for the social media one. I know we shouldn't be using the app just to promote our external accounts, but sometimes Reach can be a bit buggy. I use Instagram more than Snapchat, so I think it would be nice for people to either say their external accounts other than Snapchat in the same or similar way, or to change that one rule to say not to promote accounts, but that when two people trust each other enough they can share a common external media to talk through that as well. Other than that, thank you for all of this.

This app definitely does do a decent job of what it’s aiming to do, but I noticed that the chances of actually finding a good friend on this app are pretty slim. The majority of the people on this app are 12 year olds, and hardly capable of carrying on a decent conversation. However, I was actually able to eventually find someone that I was generally interested in being friends in, and we are still keeping in touch to this day. So, as mentioned before, the chances of you actually finding a good friend on this app are pretty slim, but still there. Give this app a try, but don’t get your hopes up. And remember, always be careful when dealing with strangers online!!

I absolutely love app but they recently did a new update that I’m not fond of. They set a limit of how many people you can contact. I think this is ridiculous because waiting on there response is basically useless. They may be get a ton of request and messages on their account, making it hard to contact everyone. Most people on this app are not regular or don’t use it at all. This makes it hard to get responses from people and it’s frustrating to have a limit. Another issue due to this update it that my account got deleted because of sending to many request before this update occurred. As they set the update up, it deleted my account. This is ridiculous, not only because I cannot remember most of their names, and the people that are my friends on this app are above the limit of friends. They could text me anytime and think that I just abandoned them because I can’t access my old account. Smh I really loved this app before I got deleted and had the update. 😥
