Rack Coach has continued to grow and change from the beginning and is an awesome product! The team listens to feedback and you see changes being made!
The athlete should be able to view workouts while running the workout. Not everyone has perfect memory so if you could view the video of the workout while doing it that’d help.
I do all of my programming on the computer. When I saw the app I thought “wow this would be a cool way to access my workouts for clients that I put together from my computer within the palm of my hand.” .. However, it seems that although you use the same login information the workouts do not transfer from computer to app. Seems pointless to have the app. If they included that feature this app could be a game changer.
