Pure Platform

I havent written a review before but i was inflicted with a loss due to the issue of delay and canceling of orders, i will give u 5 stars cause for the past 6 years ive used ur service i wouldnt say it was perfect but it deserved 5 star for the time being, but i will make one thing clear now u exposed the injustice that happened to you personally and to the company finance in iraq even though you didnt accuse the customers neither blamed them but ill tell u one thing even if u thought of doing so it was completely your problem as a customer we dont read the stars or know the future, your officials should have presented that catastrophic situation for the masses you cant hide it for personal reasons, a huge part of the blame falls on the company too, for me i dont want any compensations its haram but for the company that caused all this delay you should demand a further compensations to elevate your service, thats all i have to say may the righteous win here i will continue to use your service once all this is fixed and i hope business in iraq rises and the private sector establishment is enforced with efforts of dedicated entrepreneurs

We always hear the citation "the customer is always right" but I didn't really feel it anywhere except in this platform, all other companies try their best to convince consumers to buy , pure platform tries it's best to gain a customer trust and it never brake mine. I hope this is going somewhere, all the best.

I am really surprised with this app and It’s the first time that I give an online shopping application a ( 5 stars ), because this app deserve it 100% , I found it so useful and helpful , especially for people in a country like Iraq , which most of the online shopping companies does not ship to it , best things in this app are : ( easy to use for everyone, there’s an explanation about how you can purchase anything from any online site like : ( amazon/ali express/nike...etc ) by their app , tracking options for your order until it’s complete and the last ,best thing in this app is ( their technical support ), they have very fast,helpful ,notBot/auto reply support and what ever you ask them they will answer you 🌹.... best experience with this app , you must have it .
