Fully functional, incredibly easy to use and loaded with everything you could possibly need. Complete time and labor with geo fencing and job costing. PTO tracking. Easy access to wage data that exports at a push of a bottom. Even an employee directory and options for instant earned wage access. This app is elite. My guess is that any bad reviews are from the past. We last looked at this 3 years ago and it’s grown tremendously since then!

Personally, I like the new style of the app, however, why take away one of the features most depend on?? I hope that was an error and will be revised in the updated version of the update; sounds weird that y’all have to do that anyway. And if it isn’t a mistake, then RIP to the app and the business…Because I know my manager HATES putting in time for us. It’s time consuming, especially when you have 20+ employees and the website is down for maintenance.

When you punch in to work, it says punch accepted. Then when you look at punches it is hit or miss. People are coming to work and punching in only to find out when they leave they have been off the clock all day. Night shift people are punching in and when they punch out in the morning it actually punches them in. When you pull up time card it’s a whole week of punching in and no outs. Come on people, how hard is it to actually have a punch in button and a punch out button. Our HR person says this system is a nightmare. The whole program is buggy.
