your website or app had no way to report problems, so I’m posting this here in hopes the developers may see this. I noticed 2 possible bugs in the group chat feature of the app that you want to check out for the next update. in my server group chat the preview message displays the latest sent message but displays the wrong person’s name. the name it displays is the person who sent the first text in the group chat. I closed the app entirely and opened it to the preview message multiple times, and occasionally it would show the correct name, but it seems something is conflicting from it consistently showing the correct name. the second one was when I open the group chat for the first time it displays the oldest messages first instead of the most recent messages. when I close the chat and open again while still in the app then it will go to the latest, but If I close the app, it will start at the oldest again. not sure if this was just intentional or bug, but it would be more convenient to see the most recent messages every time. thanks for listening to my feedback, & I hope you all can keep improving this app.

I LOVE my company for choosing R365 because it definitely simplifies my life to have everything in one place. Scheduling, inventory, daily sales summary, etc. I also feel that it’s easy to use. Not a gripe or suggestion for this specific app, but I would love to see another app for the hire portion as well. If I’m not at the restaurant but I have interviews that I want to schedule or onboarding to send real quick if one of my other managers found a promising candidate, I’d like an app to be able to do that in! Yes, I can use the browser from my phone (I am not a fan of this so far) or get out the laptop but I just think an app would be better! Anyway, TL;DR this app is great and I’d love to see your other services (hire, payroll, etc) in app form as well.

I like that this app is straightforward, shows you your schedule immediately on homepage and it is easy to schedule and confirm days. Also, the ability to see who I’m working with allows better preparation for my shift. My husband‘s timekeeping app from another developer buries of the information he needs to function in his day-to-day life aka pay stubs, time off requests. Who cares about organization charts or referring people to the company on a day to day basis?
