I find it very problematic that you can’t submit a claim on the app, with an iPhone, when that is the whole point of the app! I see another user complained of this over a year ago and nothing has been done about it. Please fix this!
Some functions work perfectly but claims uploads don’t work on the iPhone app
I get a notification “star” but bugger me if I can find the communication that is so important to read. Logins/passwords don’t work. This is an absolute load of rubbish.
