I have had an account with Sorbet for years, which I login to online make my appointments - then I decided to move over to the app. Or try to. I cant login “user not found” when I input my phone number - when I try make a new account and enter my phone number, I can’t proceed cause I “I already have an account” - when I try do a password reset, user not found. Then I go back onto the web, login with EXACTLY the same credentials I used on the app and voila! I’m in. It’s so so so painful and just a circle I can’t get through.
UX/UI is not great. Every time you give a review of your treatment you need to close the app as there is no back button. You are stuck on it. The app does not have all of the soak off options so that manually needs to be changed. The CTAs only word if you tab on the word. Tapping anywhere else on the button does not work. There isn’t a function to edit your booked appointment. You can reschedule to change the date but if you want to add/remove something you need to delete your appointment and start from scratch. Basic edit and create functionality is MVP.
The app is not showing correct availability, you need to phone the store as sometimes it shows that a therapist is only available 3 times a week, numerous times and different occasions for two different stores it shows the therapist I want to book isn’t available, call the store and there’s loads of availability! The app needs to work properly especially for the therapists to be able to get the bookings they need!
