Praia Bingo: Bingo Online

I have always enjoyed playing this game. Now that I’m retired, I play everyday or every night! There’s no other bingo game like it! I don’t know what else to say except that It’s addictive!!😆

I have played this game for at least 5 years and loved it until the past 6 months. Numerous times, this app opens but freezes on the screen that first comes up and won’t open to play games. All you see is when the developer responds back to others; they just say send an email. What is up with your app?!?.

I have emailed about not getting credit for wins. Your support told me to take a snapshot or something. I don’t know what they are talking about, or how to do it. In the last few days I have lost over 500 credits for winning, 3,4, 1 and 2 lines. How do I report this as it happens. This is getting tiresome, even though I enjoy the game.
