I’m a lawyer I know what my ground rules are these people have abused and threatened my family women for not paying emi on time . They asked me to pay emi and the bounce charges will be removed sir no need pay bounce charges they told me. I have cleared all my EMI’s and still the bounce charges are there and the bounce charges they converted them in to overdues and they charged bounce charges for overdues and this quite tricky with these people .i don’t know what rules they’re doing this but for bounce charges also they’re charging bounce charges. Dear you promised me to waive off my bounce charges but nothing happened and those bounce charges are getting extra fines and now these charges are showing as emi these is the funny part . Bounce charges showed as overdues and overdues shown as emi and what rules n regulations they’re doing this i don’t know . I was quite when Poonawalla third party recover agents threatened and abused my family women but they have told me to waive bounce charges illegally they charged me but they did not waive them . And now I’m filing a case in “SAMA “ with proofs I have because they broke the promise and they did not waive my bounce charges. Guys please don’t use this app I kindly request everyone not to use this app and prevent yourself getting scammed. Lot of my friends warned me not to lend money from Poonawalla but i did and now I’m regretting for it .

I availed a loan of a small amount from Poonawalla. It is something I wouldn’t received to others, as I faced an issue with them in the way they deal with their customers. My EMI is on auto-debit. Due to some technical reason, the auto debit didn’t go through, I guess. I mentioned this to them - which they blatantly refused to accept. This was in March. Today, in July, they get their customer care to call me for bounce charges, which I’m forced into paying. I would advise others to not avail loans from them, as their customer care reps don’t understand anything and they simply force their customers into paying charges that are not applicable.

Poonawala fincorp debits money evenafter you pay money emi on time and after the call to them and talk regarding the debiting extra money charges, they deny the charges and they say that we have not charged any amount from your account and they literally deny that I request everybody. If you have financial constraints, please don’t use this Poona Walla Because if you are taking the loan amount, for example hundred rupees and after the completion of the loan, you pay to them more than the amount you have took from them as more than two or three times if you take a loan of hundred rupees, then you have to pay after the completion of loan amount that ₹300-₹400. So you can guess how this company making fraud of customers very pathetic company, they are literally beggars.
