Their Application doesn’t work, their Customer Service Team will tell you that they can’t do anything as your concern is the job of their backend team and ask you to wait. Their backend team will never reply to your email and when they do, they would not even check you account and payment history. I have cried tears of blood after taking loan from them. I paid them the amount for Foreclosure of the personal Loan in two instalment, one on 13th October 2025 and the other on 14th October 2025. They sent me an email on 7th November stating that there is a Shortfall in the amount I sent to their account — I almost had a heart attack. Then I again sent the receipt of the payments in the reply to their email and haven’t received any response since then. It’s 9th November today and I’m anxiously waiting for their response. Their customer service team says that, “we cannot do anything as we don’t have access in the system”. Take a loan from them and be ready to cry with tears of blood. Their Customer service will always try to avoid you by saying the same statement in a loop, “Please wait for sometime, our backend team is working on your request” and you will end up waiting forever. Dear Team, I think this update has any issue .. i am not able to load dashboard.. while opening the app it asks for permission for Phone storage and Location access. So, i am able to give phone storage access but location access button is not working. Please check.

Never ever take a loan from Adithya Birla finance. I took a loan from ABLF through Paytm. This month they have auto debited my amount on June 5th (right time) & they are asking continuously asking me pay amount again without updating in the application. I have mailed my issue several times but there is no response from them. Iam even receiving continuous nonsense calls from the Paytm team. I have updated both applications regarding this on June 7th by forwarding bank statements several times. Even though issue was not resolved. Today I received a call from the Paytm support. I said amount was reversed to my account but the application is asking me to penalty charges then the lady said no problem as it was our mistake we will weaver the charges just pay only EMI I trusted her & paid then she disconnected the call but the penalty charges are still reflecting in application. I requested them several times plz do update cause it may affect my CIBIL score but none of them responded regarding this. Today I filing a complaint regarding this. Never ever trust this application they’ll never ever respond for your issues.
