Pollo Regio

Our Evening began with a heartfelt “welcome to Pollo Regio, how may I serve you”? We had just left the near by Whataburger due to lack of customer service. What a major difference. Alex was very helpful in assisting us with our decisions for selecting our dinner for the evening. She was very knowledgeable about most of the preparations of food I asked about. Hold on to this one, she’s one heck of a gem. I’d want her on my team for sure.

Have visited this location, on Fry, previously. Today was the first time I heard they had an App. The very nice young man working the drive thru window asked me I had downloaded the App. I said no as I didn’t know they had one. So, I got home and downloaded it. This location is less than 5 min from my home. The staff here are very nice. It’s very clean as well. We have never purchased anything we didn’t like here. My mom really likes their beans. I enjoy their rice. We get the carne asada meal. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend!!!

First off the store didn’t open until 1 o’clock today so they were a host of cars waiting outside for them to open the drive-through line. Secondly, I didn’t get what I ordered and by the time I realized it was already too far from the store to go back. I asked for the half chicken deal and I was told by the person taking the order Karen T and another male associate that I could change the side so I asked for grilled sausage and of course left the Charles beans and I guess tortillas come with it I did not order those. The chicken was too moist the skin was gummy very very salty and it didn’t seem cooked all the way but not raw. The beans were delicious and if I do ever go back at this point I would only order the beans I’m sorry to say.
