This app is terrible, I was having no issues before the update. Now ever since the update, it will not allow me to sign in through the app anymore. I use the program everyday at work, I know my login…. Instead I get the same error message everytime I try and log in on the app, says something about I need to contact the administrator because it hey cannot reset my password. I don’t need to change my password, and I know what it is so it’s not incorrect. You need to fix this bug so I can sign in for work on my phone.

I use this app everyday for work but why can’t this app get notification updates? My job does daily updates on communications and I never know about them until later in the day when I have to keep logging in. Please have the option to get notifications from this app. It will really help!!!

I was very excited about this app until I discovered that it would only let me chart as a nurses’ aide. I tried to change my position to licensed nurse and even tried ALL positions without success. There is no way to access the eMAR or TAR and no way to write progress notes. Helpful for nursing assistants. Useless for nurses.
