Playbook - Creative Storage

I’ve emailed Playbook about this issue many times before and I never ever hear anything back. So, I’ll just write my review out. It won’t let me upload files at all sometimes, when I have photos I need to upload from my iPhone, 99% of the time it takes 10 minutes to upload a photo because it always pops up with a “request timed out” or some error message like that. Mind you, the photos I’m uploading aren’t high quality at all, they’re just regular iPhone photos, not big files! Today, I deleted the app because it just wouldn’t load at all when I was trying to upload photos. I was very frustrated. No matter what I did, it wouldn’t let me do it. It’s not even my WiFi, my WiFi is great. It’s the app itself that needs fixing. I used to be a pro member too, but I ended that subscription this month and won’t be going back. I’m now looking for new alternatives.

I was surprised to see that my account now has advanced features for artists and designers. I can't believe I have access to them without any ads or pop-ups interrupting my work. I keep waiting for something negative to happen, but I can't believe it's all free.
