Plank Workout 30 day challenge

I just finished my first 30 day challenge and I absolutely loved using this app! The fact that you can do as many practice planks as you want, makes it next level. The only changes I would recommend is units of five for the practice timer and a way to keep track of how many you’ve done. Overall, I cannot recommend this app enough! The update is absolutely wonderful! Been using this for a year, now, so impressed with the new update! Thank you for making it easier to track everything!

Every time you want to complete a session, you have to watch a looong ad… And there’s no way to block it, only if you turn off the Internet. I’d be happy to pay to turn off ads, since this app deserves it for doing it’s job perfectly fine without any additional garbage like other apps (it’s just simple and efficient), but there’s no option for it!

However the jump from day 27 forward was 30 seconds at a time. I wasn’t fit enough to do that. And nothing after day 30, press day 31 and it went blank.
