The only complaint is that the location is most of the time wrong and blocks away from where the car is. It an okay app but I take everything it says with a grain of salt.

Purchase new Truck, Dealership presented as a option to consider. No pressure, although they did want to convey the main feature: Theft Tracking. I recall $500 range for 5-7 yrs monitoring services. I wasn’t original wanting it but did see the value in locating my Truck promptly. It also provides Battery, Fuel, Range, miles on odometer, and a history log of driving showing it is tracking location. It also holds a lot of vehicle and service data points. Haven’t taken truck yet on long drive outside of dense cellular city… so I’m not sure how it performs in all locations Nationwide. For the prompt location, ease to pass the information to Police that can provide a provide fast recovery… a small cost for multiple years I found acceptable.

This app is terrible. There isn’t a single function that works correctly!!! I’m currently at home while the app is saying i’m driving 60mph on the freeway. The gas percentage takes at least a week to update so it’s never accurate! My car got broken into; my window was smashed, two airbags were stolen and when I logged onto the app it said there was NOTHING WRONG with my car!! It never notified me about the car being broken into and a recall that was needed for my seatbelts; I had to find out by a letter in the mail from my dealership. It kept saying my battery was dead and when I take it to the dealership they told me it was working fine! When purchasing the car, they were sooooo persistent about buying the app, $1,100 dollars later… they made me buy the app or they weren’t going to sell me the car!!! This app is literally useless! It does absolutely nothing right!!! Never notifies you about anything and takes days if not weeks to update!!! When my car was being serviced, the app still said NOTHING was wrong with it!!! Don’t let dealerships trick you into spending money on this app!!!
