I had to download the app to make a payment because the website was always down - 3 different computers, 2 devices, and 3 different browsers. But there is no select due date when making payments. It’s the day you submit. I have a budget for a reason. It matches up to when I get paid. So if I want to set the payment date, then I either have to autopay, which doesn’t work for me, or remember to pay on the ever-changing due date.

I used to enjoy the use of this app, but apparently when they payment method they didn’t work the app out correctly. I used the fingerprint method of logging in before and it worked every time. Now it doesn’t. It tells me every time I must log in first and can then use it. I follow the instructions and it will allow me to use the fingerprint for 1 day. Then I have to enter the password again. As every account has different requirements for passwords and they changed their requirements also I then have to wait until I return home from business trips to pay. If they claim to be such a good and modern company don’t you think they would have the ability to correct an issue such as this?

Please, for the love of all that is holy, fix your nightmare app. I dread having to play your idiotic game every single time I try to use your app. Now I can’t even copy paste my password?!?! Why are you doing this to us? Just read the reviews. It’s obvious you don’t. Why is this app login so horrible? Just fix it! What’s wrong with you people? You disgust me and so, so many others because of this. What a profoundly horrible organization you are!
