Won’t scan the serial number maybe 1/5 times it works usually have to manually type in the SN and then half way through it says it can’t be found and needs to be typed in again.. then when installed says it’s in California and I’m in Utah. Sickkk
PLAD is a dictated by our ownership and I was hesitant at first. Wow - it has saved our bacon and I am a believer. 1. We were able scan our inventory and we saw 16 vehicles that had low battery. We now know to turn on those cars so the battery isn’t ruined and needed to be replaced. 2. When our customers are shopping we are able to find the vehicle within seconds. No more asking the sales manager ‘do you know which lot this car is on?’ 3. Our GM got a car back last week that was stolen from us. I am so thankful for having a tool to help save time when helping our customers. There is a lot more that this app is helping us be better and more efficient.
