I ordered a pizza from this location that was never delivered, yet my card was charged. For over an hour, I have been trapped in an incredibly frustrating customer service loop: The App's "Solution": I tried using the delivery notification in the app to report the missing food. After forcing me through a thousand questions, it gave me two options for my "concern": a free medium pizza or 20% off my next order. I haven't even received my initial pizza—how does offering a discount on a future order make any sense? How does paying for food and receiving nothing make any sense? The Bot: When I pushed past that, the bot simply told me someone would eventually contact me. The Phone Loop: Out of options, I called from a different phone number and pretended to place a new order. Unsurprisingly, someone answered in less than two minutes. But as soon as that representative transferred me to the store to fix my actual issue, I was left on hold for another 30 minutes. The customer service here is a joke, and they clearly only prioritize answering the phone when they think they are getting new money. At this point, I just want a full refund. I will never risk ordering from this location—or any other Domino's—ever again. SMH.
I’ll let it have two stars because of the deals, but the app experience is so miserable because of all the upsells. No, I don’t want to add X, Y, and Z to my order. No I don’t want to join your email list. And I’m definitely not signing up for the “cash back” that’s actually just an exorbitantly priced subscription. It’s spammier than Uber Eats… I never thought that was possible.
