Pickup by Capital Metro

Great service and I am very thankful that Capital metro provides it for such a reasonable price. There are many people in Austin who are struggling financially and this is a life saver for people like myself. When it is this hot out and your skin is as white as mine, a service like this can be the difference in me being severely sunburned and not sunburned at all. Thanks for doing this for the community

This MetroPickup was very reliable and convenient during the first days I started using it. Whenever I used to book a trip, it would come immediately and pick me up from my home to errands and vise versa. Now in most recent updates, the app has been consistently glitching through unexpected delays and extended periods of waiting moments, even upon booking a quick tiny distance trips. There are times when I just book from a bus stop very close all the way to home and it would even take 25 minutes or more just to travel less than a half-mile between each other. I ended up consistently calling customer support to speed up the process. But I just know if it’s the CapMetro’s fault or the software app itself. For nearly every ride I book, I always get a "You’re ride is delayed. We apologize." I am a person with an extreme panic disorder and these acts from the app are ultimately just a elite ruling-class propaganda in matters of neglect of our working class community here in Austin, TX. I resent all of these stressful moments that I’ve been mostly targeted by and I demand a more reliable app or more operators for every Pickup region in the city. And in case you come across being aware of most recent 5-star reviews for the app, these reviews are apparently fake.

Thank you CapMetro & the City of Pflugerville for this wonderful service! The vehicle is big enough to carry multiple passengers, yet does not cause wear and tear on the streets as a big buses may do. The vans are attractive and the drivers are courteous and helpful. I cannot express enough how much this service is needed. Pflugerville, TX is a growing city. Not everyone can afford a vehicle and the cost of it, but EVERYONE needs to be able to get around the city at an affordable rate. There are two suggestions I would like to state if it is doable: #1 extend the beginning and ending service times. #2 extend the service area to include drop off and pickup service in the Town Center Drive shopping area and Typhoon Texas.
