PetClub at Jollyes

Easy to use app. Just scan at checkout and the only place we will go for our dogs food as we have Jolleys own life stages range. The only thing I would change is the loyalty scheme. 5 shops for £2 off is quite low it could be better as we’re spending £35 in one shop just for his biscuits.

When this app was updated a few months ago, vouchers included in emails that once you could activate by clicking on them, stopped doing so. The app would open but the vouchers never got activated and stopped showing in your account when going to the website rather than to the app. When you look at vouchers available it’s always saying there currently are none. Sometimes your Pet Club ticks for purchases also do not update. The emails continue to show vouchers are available, but can only be activated if you download the “new app”. However this is the app already downloaded! No matter how many updates the app has, no matter how many times you delete it and reinstall it, the problem is never resolved. I now shop a lot less in Jolleys because of this and go to other retailers where you get better deals. It is such a shame.

Had the old app. It just stopped working. There was no communication as to why. And then I was told in a recent email that there was a new app and by downloading it I’d get a £2 voucher. Didn’t get the voucher. I didn’t get the voucher because I had the old app. This was honoured after an email. But this will happen to anyone else that had the old app. Just feel this is something that should have been picked up and a fix made before rolling out the new app.
