Penn National Insurance

This is an otherwise great insurance company, their web site and app not well designed and are difficult to negotiate and not very intuitive. Additionally they assign an individual customer multiple account numbers instead of assigning a single account number with multiple policies underneath, thereby forcing you to make separate payment for each account and each policy which carry additional processing fees. It’s just a shame the website/and app are not in the same class as the customer support.

I had a claim, filled out all the information requested and attached pics. The app wouldn't allow me to submit the claim. Tried it a quite a few times. Please fix this app so a claim can go in right away and your customer can do their due diligence.

No matter what I do, I cannot get logged in. I get a “no roles” error message. I can log in in the browser on my iPhone and my desktop and do my business. But the app is useless to me. Contacted the help desk and they started telling me how the Mac browser doesn’t work. Yet I have no trouble logging in on my desktop Safari and iPhone Safari and doing my business. It is only the iOS app that doesn’t work.
