Peekage

I’ve only been on this app for a short time but I have learned a few new things very informative. I’ve gotten a lot of points I haven’t been able to cash in yet. I hope that they start advertising. Maybe they say gift cards but I can’t find out where the gift cards are all I’ve been doing is answering a lot of question. I hope it cashes out pretty soon.

I don’t normally review apps but I have had nothing but trouble with Peekage lately. I have been able to test put products in exchange for incentives which is something I really enjoy but unfortunately I’ve had to hunt down my payment twice now. I complete all required surveys on time so I think that when something is promised in return, it should be sent. The first gift card eventually showed up about a week after I spoke to customer service. Great. Now I’m still trying to get the second reward. I completed the survey May 13, got the conformation stating it would be sent out within a week and then got the same survey sent out on the 17th… which I completed again thinking something went wrong with the first one. Again, got the confirmation about it being sent out within a WEEK. I eventually reached out through social media to customer service and they’ve been”trying to fix this” for weeks. Yes, it’s JUST $10 but it’s still something owed for me for completing something for them.

This app is a scam. I referred a lot of friends for their referral program and once I got enough points for a target gift card ($15-15,000 points) I received a link but once I tried to redeem it to add to my target gift card balance, it said it doesn’t have a balance. I literally tried adding it right after I got the link and it didn’t work. I contacted peekage support and they said because it said $15 at the top of my gift card, that it means the funds were on it. So where did the $15 go on the card if I’ve NEVER used it?! I called target customer service and they said that the card never had a balance on it to begin with. I will no longer be using the app until my problem has been fixed. It’s been a week now that I’m writing this review and I tried going back to the gift card page and it no longer exist. Don’t waste your time!!!
