Peachmode Online Shopping

I normally don’t write reviews, but my experience with Peachmode was so frustrating and disappointing that I feel the need to warn others. We placed an order through the app, and the moment it arrived, we were shocked at the terrible quality of the product. It looked nothing like what was shown in the photos — cheap material, poor finishing, and not worth the money at all. Naturally, we decided to return it. That’s when the real nightmare began. The return process was painfully slow. It took 4 to 5 weeks just for the pickup to happen — which is completely unacceptable. During that time, we reached out to customer support multiple times, trying to get updates or any kind of resolution, but we barely got any real responses. Just vague or automated replies that didn’t help. After the return was finally picked up, we were told we’d receive a coupon or store credit, but nothing ever came. No refund. No coupon. Nothing. It's been weeks and we still haven’t received any update or resolution. We’ve given them several chances to fix the issue, and even warned them, but they clearly don’t care about customers once they have your money. At this point, it feels like a complete scam. They took our money, gave us a low-quality product, and then basically ghosted us after the return. We’re left without a product AND without our money. This kind of customer service is completely unacceptable, and I honestly regret ever trusting this platform. Please don’t make the same mistake. Stay far away from Peachmode. There are much better and more reliable shopping platforms out there.

This time, however, the company flat-out refused to refund my money. It's a baffling and infuriating policy that seems designed to leave customers stuck with low-quality items and no recourse for getting their hard-earned cash back. The whole experience with Peach Mode has left me disillusioned and dissatisfied. I would strongly advise potential customers to think twice before trusting this platform for their clothing needs. The combination of poor product quality and a questionable refund policy makes it an overall regrettable choice for online shopping.
