I downloaded it to my computer, and phone. I scan the computer all night. The next morning, I wanted to see the scan report, but it was not ready. I tried to login to the web portal several times and I was denied each time. I contacted tech support on line because there’s no phone number you can call, I waited over 24 hours for a response. I sent a message letting them know I waited over 24 hours for a response. I received an email letting me know that my money will be refunded. That was the only good thing from customer service.

I think for now this app is really useful to the MSP’s as we are able to get real time alerts from our customers device to the PCM app. Yes, it still need some work but I like it, also the content filtering works well like the PCM desktop version. Again, this feels geared towards MSP’s so maybe things will change in the app to help consumers get more for their buck…

There is absolutely nothing to tell you this is doing anything especially on an iPhone unlike your computer scan and this costs just as much money. Hmmm…..
