Parcel Pending PLUS

I used the original Parcel Pending for quite a while and then they forced an upgrade to the Parcel Pending PLUS. Ever since then to login I have had to ask for a password reset I go through the process, then the next time I try to login it says that the email/password do not match. And then I have to go through the whole reset password again. What a pain. Update: I finally managed to login to the app after using the website, make sure you search for “parcel pending plus login”, then iPhone app let me login with, and remember, the new password set on website.

Adding a star due to the developer’s quick response! Here is my original concern, that the developer is working to investigate. After losing network connectivity, the app logged me out and made me type my (long, complex) password again, instead of simply presenting an error. Also, an ongoing concern: not every package locker is located near an exterior door or window where phones have cellular reception. Yet, even after you have downloaded the package info from the server, and you’re now connecting to the locker via Bluetooth to open the box, you still need to keep internet connectivity at the same time. That’s not always physically possible, and doesn’t seem like it should be necessary.

It used to work normally in the old Parcel Pending app. After switching to Parcel Pending Plus, it never worked. every time I tap the Open Box button, it shows locker not found on my phone’s screen. I enabled bluetooth and tried many different locations in the mailroom to tap the button, but it never worked. I wonder if it’s the locker’s problem…
