店舗でプリントの手続きをしに行ったところ、アプリが必要との事でDLしました。20枚程の写真プリントなので通常なら10分以内でスマホ内の画像を送信してプリント予約ができるはずが、アップロード1枚につき2、3分かかる始末。記念日用の写真ということもありとりあえず待つことにしました。30分以上店舗で待って、全てアップロードできたかと思いきや最後に「サーバからの応答がなくアップロードできませんでした」と店舗のPC画面に表示され全てやり直し。。。 今時誰がそんな気長に待つと思いますか？ 家から近くにあったので立ち寄ってみたが、いつも利用しているキタム◯さんが安心だと感じた。
