Pain Coach by VA

I’ve been using this Pain Coach app for three years. In the morning, I record a checkin focused on what action I have completed. What a solid start to my day. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia 30 plus years ago. Doctors proscribed a half dozen of pain- management drugs. Nearly all failed to help me, and most gave side effects to difficult for me to continue taking. One doctor noticed I had trained as a dancer. Her advice was to keep moving and stretching. Now the Pain Coach helps to relieve my pain and allowing me to keep up exercising three times a week. I’m graying for the clinical trials and dedication to US veterans for making this pain control app available at no charge.

So much unfulfilled potential here

Seems like psycho babble to me. I have pain is several areas. Some worse than others. Some from know reasons some from unknown. so how much money went into this? Would have been better spent hiring more staff.
