I would like to provide feedback regarding my recent visit to the OWNDAYS outlet at Westgate. This was my first time visiting OWNDAYS, as I went in to enquire about contact lenses. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing due to the attitude and manner of a staff member named Caleb. When another staff member suggested that I try the contact lenses, I explained that I was in a rush and asked how long the process would take. Caleb responded that it would take about five minutes and that fitting was required by the optometrist. However, his tone came across as curt, rude, and uninterested. What was more surprising was that he himself was the optometrist. I was genuinely taken aback by how unprofessional and dismissive his manner sounded. As a first-time customer, this left a very poor impression of the brand. I believe customer service, especially in a healthcare-related setting like eye care, should be professional, respectful, and reassuring. Unfortunately, this was not reflected in my experience. I hope this feedback can be taken constructively to improve service standards.
Went to Change my lens due to cataract. They not able to test my eye sight as vision will unstable. Paid $100 for getting an estimated degree. Was told that I can come back to change after vision stablised. Went back and was told that no warranty since no eye check. Need to pay for the lens. Very shocked as this was not communicated to me that o need to pay to change. Similar incident for my colleague when I share my bad experience. It’s ok to pay but need to communicate and inform us so that we can decide if it’s worth to change the lens without warranty. Very disappointing with the service.
I was checking my past order and could see the month and date but not the year. It’ll also be nice if I can click on the order and see the actual glasses, because I have many
