Ourshopee - Online Shopping

Don’t ever try to do shopping in this site, they are scam. I order but haven’t received my order which was already paid almost two months , I Try to call and messaging customer service like many times but nobody responded. My order was around 2k dirham and they just take the money and thats all. They should shutdown this shopping site. Already Im going to complain about this to costumer right and police station 😡😡 لا تحاول أبدًا التسوق في هذا الموقع ، فهم مخادعون و كذابون . لقد طلبت منهم ولكن لم أستلم طلبي الذي تم دفعه لمدة شهرين تقريبًا ، أحاول الاتصال بخدمة العملاء عدة مرات و ارسلهم اميلات ولكن لم يستجب أحد. كان طلبي حوالي 2 ألف درهم . يأخذون المال بس. يجب عليهم إغلاق موقع التسوق هذا. سأشتكي بالفعل إلى حق العميل ومركز الشرطة 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I’ve made a purchase but there is no response from the shop for many days, tried to call many times but no one answer their phone even the whatsapp number stopped the conversation after I’ve made the online payment, finally got an email telling me that products are out of stock but they can’t reverse the transaction to return the money! They can do bank transfer which is until today I haven’t seen my money back yet. If you want to try this shop I would highly recommend using the cash on delivery option (that I couldn’t find when I did my purchase).
