All this app does, it gives public officials or workers the ability to just point the finger and close the ticket if it does not suit their criteria. Oh illegal trash dumping in an alley that was dumped by other people / non residents from here. Guess what, its the property owners fault.We cant help you. Sorry. What a clown show.
We had a street light that had been fixed in the past go out again within days. Creating the request via the app was not only easy, I received an email confirmation right away, and the request was completed within one business day. I am only docking a star because I cannot access pending/past requests via the app. Otherwise, it connected us to the right people quickly.
Can’t delete previous requests. So that results in an inability to request upon the same issue/ address at a later date. Program glitch or bug. Inform me if you fix this
