Only Grind: Loot & Fight

This game is fun at first! But towards the end of the game you get limited by upgrades that have a 58% chance of being successful. I spent a lot of time getting the highest-tier gems to attempt these upgrades. I tried four times in a row over multiple weeks, each one failing (which, if you do the math, failing four times in a row only has a 3.1% chance of happening). I have run the numbers on other upgrades, and I have determined that the listed percentage odds of upgrades being successful is incorrect and misleading, and it ruins the game for me. After this fourth upgrade being unsuccessful, I have lost the desire to regain the high-tier gems and have deleted the game. I ask that the developer rework the odds of success to better reflect the listed odds.

This is a fun game. I enjoy the progression, but I’d think in a game about looting, there would be more loot. Only 4 gear slots, and instead of getting new gear you’re just upgrading the gear you have. No choices between helmets or armor, you’re just gonna pick what weapon you think works best paired with the accessory that works the best. Although you’ll need to hope it drops to even do that. Not a fan of the shard system for new loots personally, also gameplay is fairly stale as you just stare at the screen waiting for enough coins to upgrade. Would like to see a lot more to do. All that said, still a fun game to play and a good idle game.

Great game really enjoying the progression. It's simple yet addictive from opening chests to merging gems. Also loot drops have random stats so you won't automatically get BIS from one item just being better.. Hope there are more updates to come!
