Got early access to onix and started sharing my oura sleep data with Dr Epel. Shes been looking at it daily and giving me real advice not just generic stuff. my sleep has actually improved which i wasnt expecting this fast honestly. Still early but excited to see where they take this

I was lucky enough to get off the beta waitlist and so far am pretty blown away. I’m in the process of assembling, expert by expert, a coaching team to help me manage a constellation of problems that while “normal”, are holding me back. I’ll update my review when I know more.
