I’ve got a total of nine of these little suckers as of right now, and I’ve yet to have one fail on me. They work exactly as advertised, and if you know what you’re doing with the advanced settings, you can even get it where your various internet screens can pull them up when asked. “Hey Google, show me the front porch camera” and bingo… really impressive. One feature request, which is on many other camera systems but so far not on any Arenti cameras that I own… can we please have a mode where we can have night vision mode on BUT also be able to disable the internal IR LEDs? I’ve got a couple cameras set with night mode, aimed outside thru various windows, but I have to put electrical tape over the IR lights so they don’t reflect off the glass and back into the lens. Hope your IT guys will consider it. Separate night mode / IR illumination. But otherwise, really glad that I chose this brand of camera.

The app is overall fine in terms of the camera and sound being pretty good quality. There are a couple of annoying bugs, like selecting one camera and the other one opening instead. Another one is that you can’t zoom in after you first turn the lens on… you have to force-close and restart the app before you can zoom. It also won’t read my SD card, which is really frustrating. But besides these (what seem to be) bugs, I have two main issues with the app. #1 is that it’s an extremely cumbersome process to turn the lens on and off. There needs to be an easier way from the home screen or right on the camera view, instead of having to go into the settings. #2 is that it needs to support multiple sessions. My husband and I can’t both be signed into the account at the same time, which is really annoying that we’re constantly having to sign in and we can’t both get notifications at the same time. Please look into solutioning for these issues. I will rave about this app and camera if you do—otherwise, it’s a “meh” from me.

I absolutely love this baby camera! The video quality Great! The night vision is impressive, allowing me to see my little one even in low light. The two-way audio feature is a game changer! I can soothe my baby from another room without having to rush in, a thermometer with temp alerts, plus other alerts for your personal needs for baby l Setup was a breeze, and the app is user-friendly, making it easy to check in anytime not only from the screen that comes with it but also from your phone as well! I feel so much more at ease knowing I can keep an eye on my baby when I'm not in the same room. Highly recommend this camera to any parent!
