OneCart: Shopping On Demand

I have bought multiple times food items from that application. I find their service extremely good and fast. I bought from one mall at a time. I highly recommend it to anyone. Very happy with their service and no complain at all. Best, Tassos

The service is fast but is more expensive than to buy directly to the store that is fine because they can bring you the same day of your order. What I don’t like and that is why I’m not using more is, when you have a credit (normally you have it because not all the products’r in stock and they charge you before to get it) they don’t return you directly to your credit card (in the same payment), If you want to money back you have to put your bank account (South Africa). In the beginning wasn’t like that, the money goes to previews payment, I feel like i always I need to use Onecart to get my money back but the true is, I’ll never will get my money back if I decided to don’t use anymore. I’m tourists and I use my credit card from my country.

We are in a national lockdown due to Covid-19. I placed my order for Pick n Pay on OneCart, which in itself was very easy to do. My personal shopper, Eugene, messaged me on WhatsApp, to inform me of items out of stock AND suggested alternatives. The order arrived on the day they promised, albeit a few hours later than planned, which is totally understandable in the current set of circumstances. I am a very happy shopper and highly recommend this option to get your shopping delivered to your home.
