OnCourse Connect

When I log in and I click attendance it goes black. The app tells me I have an update available but when I open it in the App Store it says it’s current. I really would like to be able to see everything and not have any bugs. Needs to be fixed asap… didn’t have a problem until now. It was a lil confusing considering I’m the guardian of the child the app info is for. Please fix this bug.

This app hasn’t worked right in the year since I downloaded it. There is always something broken, right now it’s the Attendance tab which has been going on for weeks. Click on it and the screen goes blankz only way to solve to use other parts of app is to shut it down and start over. Don’t bother using this and just go to their website (which also has issue, but is more reliable). Can’t believe my tax dollars go to this subpar app.

So far I didn’t have any problems. Until now. Everything went fine. I was checking my grades, assignments, etc. I wanted to check my grades but when I clicked the attendance button, everything went black. I can’t do anything. I can’t tap any of the other buttons. The only way I can access the app again is if I shut down the app completely. Yet I still can’t view my attendance. I hope you guys can fix this because the only way I can see it is if I go to the website and it takes a lot longer just for me to see my attendance.
