I paid 99¢ for an app that apparently specializes in not opening. At this point the icon on my phone has delivered more value than the actual product. Nothing loads, nothing works, and the only thing that seems functional is the developer replying to 5-star reviews while everyone else gets ignored. If the goal was to create a zoo experience, congrats — I feel like I just fed money into an exhibit and watched it disappear. Maybe spend less time curating perfect reviews and more time making the app actually run.
Downloaded ap and when opening, it just had a logo spinning. Never got it to open. Deleted and redownloaded several times and each time had same results of not opening. I know it was only .99. But come on!!!!
Definitely better than the zoos map. Interactive and informative. Great app.
