This app has been a great help until the last week or so. It's not loading even when I uninstall and reinstall. It's working better in a web browser!

I ride the bus often with my kids. Three times in the last month the stop listed on this app has been wrong and the bus just passes us by. Everyone complains about low ridership. I’m here, committed to making the bus work, but it’s so incredibly frustrating when not even the app works the way Metro says it will. Want more riders? Provide a reliable service. Right now it’s not. Of the 20 plus cities I’ve used public transit in. This system is the worst.

I think the app is really nice you can favorite certain bus stops so that you don’t necessarily have to be at the bus stop to see how the buses are coming along and you can plan out your day a little better. I really like how you can click the map option and see the bus and follow along on the route as it’s going. I used to be a very nervous bus rider wondering if I’d already missed the bus and then spending the rest of my time worrying about how that’s going to affect my day and what am I going to do to get where I need to go but having that map option not only confirms that the route I need uses the stop I’m standing on but it also keeps me at ease that the bus is just around the corner. The only drawback is that when you search bus stops it can take quite a while to pull up the bus stop you’re looking for so I would suggest being patient and allowing the app time to think before making your selection or assuming the app is broken.
