I love the Okapi program and being able to get my coffee in returnable/reusable vessels! The app can be problematic, however. I am asked to login every time I want to use it (not a huge problem, but inconvenient). When I enter my password, I receive a message that it’s incorrect (not true) and I am prompted to reset my password. This is all too many steps when I just need to order my coffee in a reusable cup! Please improve the app so more and more people can use it easily!
Okapi is a convenient solution for getting coffee “to go” without the waste! The app is user-friendly, borrowing a cup is simple, and there is a map within the app to locate participating cafés. If I am out & about I check the app to find new coffee shops to try. It’s a fun way to avoid waste (and drinking out of plastic-lined paper cups!)
I love the mission of Okapi and how they help to reduce waste and encourage reusing. The app is super easy to use and intuitive so anyone can borrow and return a cup with ease.
