Love using the app. Convenient, well organized, coffee is always ready when I walk into the store. Also coffee is amazing.
In-person experience is great but mobile app continues to be a pain. Too many clicks to order a cappuccino from my usual store. Allow users to select a default location. Have some kind of “order again” option for repeat orders. The $2 default tip is offensive, reduce it to $1. Points system is so confusing I gave up. App gets into a broken state somehow when you leave it running and needs to be restarted regularly. Happy to see a V2 but mobile experience is not there yet.
This is the second version of the app so few feedback: 1. Please tell customers when you deprecate old app and the need to download a new one. A lot of us were confused why the old app just didn’t have buttons all of the sudden. 2. The flow is still cumbersome. I urge you to look at what a typical user does. Are they buying coffee beans/merch or cup of coffee? If they are like me, your loyal coffee drinker who buys 1-2 cups a day then please make it fast for us to get to our coffee selection. 3. Pictures are great but it takes several scroll for me to get to cappuccino which is what I have been buying everyday rain or shine. So let’s make it easy and without multiple scrolls to get to selection. Thanks
