The setup for the app and connection to the openers is a little cumbersome, but once set up, it works well. Communication between the app and the openers is a bit slow, i.e. (the app shows opening and closing for about a minute after the doors have actually opened or closed) but it’s not a big deal. We had a very powerful thunderstorm this afternoon where the rain was literally at a 45 degree angle and blowing into my garage. I was able to close the doors from my recliner instead of getting up and going to the garage. I give the app a thumbs up.

I love the convenience of the app! Basically no complaints except the fact that it popped up a review the app notification as soon as I opened the app to open the door. Not at all a safe time or way to ask for a review. I wish it synced up with Siri so I could tell it to open the garage door which would make it much safer to use as well. I do like that I can share access with my adult kids as well as access to allow a service provider to access my home. That has come in handy numerous times!

Love this App, I called technical assistance and received help from Level 3 Technician, Jennifer and she was so incredibly patient with me. The App is easy to install and to activate, however, we had two openers installed and I was trying to activate the wrong door. Jennifer was so kind and understanding, she is outstanding. Again, love this app, love the new openers (super quiet). Great decision, thank you Overhead Door for a great installation staff and sales team at the local Madison, Wisconsin location and, of course—Jennifer!!!
