Octopus Energy

Been using them for 3 years because my husband because my husband was so lazy to browse for the better price, the bill went from ~100$/month (1st year) to ~250$/month (3rd year). I found better price from another provider and tried to contact them to cancel my renewal but no one pick up the phone or answer my email. The worst company and customer service ever!! I never give a bad review, but they are the worst.

I have had the best prices and customer service with Octopus Energy. Not what i expected when i moved back to Lubbock.

Good app, but recently moved from another electric provider that had a projected energy use (or bill) feature that was extremely informative. I wish that Octopus Energy would also add this feature to their app. Otherwise no complaints or concerns with the app. Solid and works as designed.
