Malfunctioning
I’ve been using this app for a while now, and it’s been up and down. Every time I try to log in, “it says try back later”. Then I would uninstall, then reinstall the app. It’s really annoying to have to go through this. It needs to be fixed ASAP.

App crashing
MCU been around for years I closed my account cause I couldn’t see my balance n had to wait to the morning to call or go to a atm cause the app wouldn’t open or it wouldn’t open if I tried the online way. This been years ago like 2007 an it’s 2022 it’s still doing the same thing!!! I have a up to date phone so it’s not that.

Ineffective
Unable to add card to my Apple Pay wallet. Tried to call the bank but unable to contact customer service even after an hour hold time. Horrendous!
