NoteGrid – Play Music By Ear

My tweenaged son has played with this app everyday since I installed it. It's a combination of music creation app and game, with daily challenges for subscribed users. There's a tiny bit if a learning curve at first -- I think they renamed a part of the app at some point so we had trouble understanding one of the daily challenges in the beginning -- but it's pretty straightforward otherwise. My son loves the competition of the leaderboard, too. You can do a LOT with the free tier but the cost of the pro subscription is reasonable so we're seriously considering it.

Let’s start off simple, first I like how you have to practice first to do any fancy stuff with the things and all that to actually organize it. Second, the beats and everything all so good and there are alot of them for many many different genres. Third it’s just very simple to use for some simple music, I mean you can make some good music with this but that’s even better.

OMG!!!! I have never ever created my own music before, but this is the PERFECT app to teach you how to do it!! If you are creative, then I definitely would recommend this because you can literally do anything on it from scratch! It is good for adults and children over the age of six ( personally ). You get to earn coins by doing fun challenges e.g. fill in the blanks for the notes. With the coins that you earn, you can upgrade you music e.g. speed, tempo, length, sounds, so on! I’ve only had this game for an hour and I have already made three new songs #LOVETHEM!!! There are NO ADS and NO GLITCHES either! Perfect. You can also have access to other people’s songs if you please. Overall, I basically can’t stop bobbing my head when I’m creating my own music! A-MA-ZING! Love it :-) Thanks Good luck 🤩
